عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن القرشي، قال: قرأت في بعض الكتب، عجبا لمن قيل فيه الخيرُ وليس فيه خيرٌ، كيف يفرح، وعجبا لمن قيل فيه الشر وهو فيه، كيف يغضب، وأعجب من ذلك، من أحبَّ نفسه على اليقين وأبغض الناس على الظنون، وكان يقال: لا يغلبن جهلَ غيرك علمُك بنفسك.
نفائس الثمرات

Resolving Tasks Immediately
Among the beneficial things is resolving tasks immediately and freeing up time in the future, because if tasks are not resolved, the remaining previous tasks will accumulate on you, and subsequent tasks will be added to them, making their burden heavier. If you resolve everything in its time, you will approach future matters with strength of thought and strength of action.
