لا تشغلنك نعم الناس عن نعم الله عليك
كان زيد بن أسلم يقول: يا بن آدم، أَمَرَكَ ربك أن تكون كريما وتدخل الجنة، ونهاك أن تكون لئيما وتدخل النار.
وقال بعضهم: لا تشغلنك ذنوب الناس عن ذنبك، ولا تشغلنك نعم الناس عن نعم الله عليك، ولا تقنط الناس من رحمة الله وأنت ترجوها لنفسك.

Among the beneficial things is resolving tasks immediately and freeing up time in the future, because if tasks are not resolved, the remaining previous tasks will accumulate on you, and subsequent tasks will be added to them, making their burden heavier. If you resolve everything in its time, you will approach future matters with strength of thought and strength of action.
