كان الحسن البصري يقول:ابن آدم لا تحقرن من الطاعة شيئا، وإن قل في نفسك، وصغر عندك، فإن الله سبحانه يقبل مثال الذرة، ويجازي على اللحظة، ولو رأيت قدره عند ربك لسرك، ولا تحقرن من المعصية شيئا، وإن قل في نفسك، أو صغر عندك، فإن الله شديد العقاب.

Among the beneficial things is resolving tasks immediately and freeing up time in the future, because if tasks are not resolved, the remaining previous tasks will accumulate on you, and subsequent tasks will be added to them, making their burden heavier. If you resolve everything in its time, you will approach future matters with strength of thought and strength of action.
